Joal Fadiouth, a serene Senegalese village covered in mangroves, was the inspiration for Diarrablu's Summer '20 collection. The Nabou Swimsuit features a playful flounce ruffle-detail, and a wrap-waist resulting in an ultra-fllattering fit. The designer is fascinated by the juxtapostion of math and art: seen in the print of this swimsuit which is evocative of math algorithms, inspired by the region's unique coastal ecosystem.

Founded in 2013 by Senegalese designer Diarra Bousso, Diarrablu is a sustainable resort-wear brand brought to life by a fascination for her country’s traditional craftsmanship, and math algorithms. The designers’ own background in finance served as an inspiration for the label’s striking geometric prints. Each collection personifies wanderlust with a glorious offering of swim pieces, convertible jumpsuits and kimonos.
