  • Insider Notes

Boyedoe’s Yihana Pants blend artisanal heritage with contemporary tailoring in a statement-making silhouette. Handmade in Accra, they are crafted from a luxurious cotton and silk blend, enriched with frayed patches that reflects the skill of Ghanaian artisans. They are complete with a high-rise waist and turn up cuffs. We like them styled with heels and the matching Yomavu Cropped Shirt, but they'll look equally as chic with flat pumps, too.

    - Zip-and-button fly, rounded pockets on front, patch pockets on back
    - Silk, cotton
    - Upcycled fabrics give textile waste a new purpose, while subtle imperfections honor the authenticity of artisanal craft
    - This piece is made to order, and may take up to 2 weeks to complete
    - Made in Ghana, ships from Ghana

Ghana

Ghanaian designer David Kusi Boye-Doe brings a distinct, luxurious sensibility to his acclaimed eponymous label. Since its founding in 2020, the brand has explored themes of deconstruction and reconstruction through richly textured, culturally rooted garments that celebrate the continent’s evolving creativity. A semi-finalist for the 2025 LVMH Prize, Boye-doe continues to reimagine fashion as a channel for storytelling, craftsmanship, and a conscious reawakening of African heritage.
